Immediate opening: we are hiring a captain waiter in Hart County, Georgia. The job is in a café. Your main tasks: • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Full-time, day shift.
