Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports The role involves knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
