Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
