Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦265,000 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
