Grill cook • St. Lawrence County, New York

Now hiring: we are hiring a grill cook in St. Lawrence County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
