Vertical transportation technician • Hamblen County, Tennessee

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Hamblen County, Tennessee. You will work in a residential tower block. You should have: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On a typical shift you will run load and overload tests with test weights; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
