Vacancy available: we are hiring a banksman in Clay County, Nebraska. You will be based in a heavy machinery workshop. You will rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
