We are recruiting: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in West Northamptonshire, England. You will work in a spray booth. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending Day-to-day duties: • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels Pay around £2,250 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
