Great opportunity: we are hiring a truck driver in Brown County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a haulage company. On the job you will handle: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
