Immediate opening: rigger (Wisconsin)

Now hiring: we are hiring a rigger in Barron County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a power plant. On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off.
