You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Your main tasks: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
