Sausage maker wanted in Caroline County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Caroline County, Maryland. The job is in a supermarket meat department. On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
