Tandoor cook wanted in Dukes County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Dukes County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
