Powder coating operator • Kokona, Nasarawa State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Kokona, Nasarawa State. The job is on an industrial coating line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
