Day-to-day duties: • Update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time • Capture proof of delivery with a customer signature or photo on the handset • Keep the delivery bag and box clean and hygienic for food orders • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub Ideal candidate: • Own motorcycle or scooter in roadworthy condition, or willingness to use a company bike • Valid two-wheeler driving licence • Good knowledge of local roads, lanes and shortcuts Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
