Great opportunity: HSE officer (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HSE officer in Knox County, Texas. You will work at an oil and gas facility. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot Day-to-day duties: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
