Marble fixer • Lincoln County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a marble fixer in Lincoln County, North Carolina. The job is in a stone processing yard. On the job you will handle: • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Cut marble and granite slabs on a bridge saw with diamond blades • Seal natural stone against staining with impregnating sealers • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Requirements: • Able to read measurements, templates and cutting lists • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
