Pot washer — Taylor County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Taylor County, Florida. You will be based at a banquet hall. You will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits.
