Urgent requirement: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Montcalm County, Michigan. The job is at a busy body shop. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE The role involves: • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
