Powder coating operator wanted in Madison County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. You should have: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
