Bulldozer operator • Colfax County, New Mexico

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Colfax County, New Mexico. The role involves: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes What we are looking for: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) Part-time with flexible hours. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
