Requirements: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; guide loads through tight openings into their final position; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
