QC technician • Oneida County, New York

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Oneida County, New York. Your main tasks: • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting Ideal candidate: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
