Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc turner in Calhoun County, Illinois. You will work at an auto-components manufacturing unit. Your main tasks: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls Part-time with flexible hours.
