Aluminium technician • Richland County, South Carolina

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Richland County, South Carolina. You will be based at an ACP cladding fabricator. Day-to-day duties: • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws What we are looking for: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Physically able to lift and carry heavy glass and profiles • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
