Bodyshop painter • Lumpkin County, Georgia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bodyshop painter in Lumpkin County, Georgia. You will work at an accident repair centre. Day to day you will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
