Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly line worker in DeKalb County, Indiana. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier Ideal candidate: • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
