Join our team: we are hiring a dent repair specialist in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy body shop. On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
