Join our team: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Pickens County, South Carolina. The job is in a busy paint shop. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
