Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $170 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
