Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Talbot County, Maryland. You will be based in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Rotating shifts.
