Toolroom milling operator wanted in Schuylkill County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts. You should have: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
