Urgent requirement: visual inspection operator (England)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in South Gloucestershire, England. The role involves: • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting What we are looking for: • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. £3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
