Great opportunity: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. You will work on a busy housing site. Day to day you will buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; forming arches, piers and reveals around openings; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go; pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits.
