Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Wagoner County, Oklahoma. The job is on a structural steel site. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Able to pass a weld test on the spot Day to day you will back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
