Ideal candidate: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work The role involves skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat.
