Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Taos County, New Mexico. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
