Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Warren County, Indiana. The role involves reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
