Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Jackson County, Colorado. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard The role involves: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience.
