Lathe programmer-operator wanted in Iberville Parish

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Iberville Parish, Louisiana. Requirements: • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On a typical shift you will change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
