Double glazing installer — Frederick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a double glazing installer in Frederick County, Virginia. You will work at a glass and aluminium factory. Day-to-day duties: • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames • Grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris • Clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film Ideal candidate: • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Own basic hand tools an advantage 3+ years on the tools preferred.
