Wall and floor tiler — City of Poquoson

Great opportunity: we are hiring a wall and floor tiler in City of Poquoson, Virginia. The job is at a bathroom renovation job. On the job you will handle: • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles • Set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims What we are looking for: • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
