Cnc production machinist • Dorchester County, Maryland

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Dorchester County, Maryland. Day to day you will deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection 3+ years on the tools preferred.
