We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Van Buren County, Iowa. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards We offer $3,900 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts.
