Powder spray gun operator — Banner County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Banner County, Nebraska. The job is at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
