Dishwashing attendant • Lewis and Clark County, Montana

Join our team: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Lewis and Clark County, Montana. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
