Stainless steel welder — Morrow County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Morrow County, Ohio. The job is at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. On the job you will handle: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Rotating shifts.
