Now hiring: we are hiring a steel fixer in Desha County, Arkansas. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. On a typical shift you will fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour; lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover. What we are looking for: • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
