Tyre fitter — Cherokee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tyre fitter in Cherokee County, Alabama. The job is at a car service centre. Day to day you will rotate tyres front-to-rear as per the service schedule; log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; repair punctures with mushroom plugs and internal patches; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres. Requirements: • Knowledge of correct torque settings and TPMS resets • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • Punctual and willing to work weekends Full-time, day shift.
