Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Brown County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading 4+ years on the tools preferred.
